Comerica bank is the worst. Never have I ever been treating so disrespectful by a bank before. Their tellers can choos. whether or not to help you based on their discretion and customer service and quality control make you out to be the bad guy if you feel like you've been treated poorly. Also, these new ITM machines that seem to be taking over the locations replacing actual tellers don't actually have extended hours. They will provide full banking services until 5pm. After that it's considered after hours and they are nothing more than a glorified ATM at that point. This, by the way, is coming directly from their quality control. That and you never get the same answer for the same question twice. Nobody seems to actually know what their company policy really is. All this does is leave the customer confused and frustrated. So sick of this crap. To bad I moved where TCF is not located because they actually believed in extended banking hours

Beware. Lynda Mason who works at the Clinton Twp. Location on Groesbeck was rude and unprofessional. Comerica bank needs to do a refresher course on its employees for proper mannerism and professionalism towards the public. Sad.
